Frequently asked questions
Answers about checkout, product access, installation, and support.
Compatibility is product-specific. Each product page lists supported frameworks, required dependencies, and optional integrations. Use the Framework filter to compare releases, and check the product documentation before purchasing.
We publish measured idle and active figures on product pages when a repeatable test is available. Results can vary with configuration, framework, other resources, and player load, so use the listed figures as a tested reference rather than a guarantee for every server.
Each release includes product-specific setup guidance, and product pages link directly to the relevant documentation. If the docs do not resolve an issue, open a ticket in the Orbit Studios Discord. Email support is available, but it may take longer.
Tebex is the Merchant of Record and handles payment, tax calculation, receipts, and checkout. The product price comes from the live Tebex package; any tax due for your location is confirmed by Tebex before you pay.
When gifting is available for a package, choose the gift option on its product page and enter the recipient's Cfx.re username. Orbit verifies that public profile and passes its recipient identifier to Tebex, which fulfils the purchase to that account. A package can disable gifting, so the option is not shown for every release.
Review the supported frameworks, required dependencies, optional integrations, escrow status, documentation, and showcase on the product page. These details are product-specific and are the best way to confirm that a resource fits your server.
We publish updates when a release is ready rather than on a fixed schedule. Access remains attached to the Cfx.re account that received the purchase through Tebex. Check the product documentation, changelog where available, and Orbit announcements for release notes.
Most resources expose documented configuration for common server and gameplay choices. The exact scope varies by product and escrow status; review its feature list and documentation to see what can be changed without modifying protected code.
An official purchase provides the current release, a documented setup path, update access, and Orbit support for that entitlement. Unofficial copies are unsupported, may be outdated or modified, and may breach the product terms or platform rules.
Complete payment through Tebex using the correct Cfx.re account. Tebex confirms the order and grants the package through the delivery method configured for that product. If access is missing after a successful payment, open a private Discord ticket with the transaction ID.
Include the product name and version, framework, relevant dependencies or integrations, reproduction steps, and useful client or server logs. Do not post license keys, private credentials, or other secrets.
Refund eligibility is governed by the Orbit Terms and Conditions and the Tebex checkout terms. Contact Orbit Support privately with the transaction ID and a clear explanation. Tebex handles payment-related processing as the Merchant of Record.
Linking lets Orbit Sentinel confirm server membership and associate Discord with the current Cfx.re identity for eligible delivery and support features. It does not create an Orbit customer account or replace Tebex checkout, and storefront ownership can be unlinked from the username menu.
