Terms of Sale

By purchasing any resource from our Tebex store, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Sale prior to checkout.

All digital resources sold through this store are licensed, not sold. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the Cfx.re account to which Tebex delivers the resource. For an eligible gift purchased through the supported gifting flow, this is the recipient account confirmed by Tebex. Gifting does not grant the buyer a second licence or permit a later transfer outside the applicable Tebex and Cfx.re rules.

You may not:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass any protections within the resource.
2. Share, resell, redistribute, leak, or upload the resource to any third-party or public platform.
3. Modify, tamper with, or create derivative works from the resource without explicit written permission.
4. Use the resource on accounts, servers, or environments not owned or controlled by the license holder.

Any violation of these terms will result in permanent denial of support, denial of updates and may result in your Cfx.re account being reported. We reserve the right to pursue legal action where applicable.

All payments are processed by Tebex, which acts as the Merchant of Record and is responsible for checkout, billing, and payment disputes.

By purchasing through this store, you also agree to the Tebex Checkout Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Refunds and any applicable right of withdrawal are governed by Tebex’s checkout terms and mandatory law. Digital delivery may affect a right of withdrawal only where the applicable conditions are met; it does not remove statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed content.

The policy below describes discretionary goodwill refunds only. It does not restrict mandatory consumer rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed content, or rights under Tebex’s applicable checkout terms. Tebex’s terms take priority for purchases where they conflict with these store terms.

A discretionary goodwill refund may be considered within 7 days of purchase only if:

• The resource has a verifiable technical issue, and
• The issue cannot be resolved despite reasonable cooperation and troubleshooting efforts.

Important notes

• Discretionary goodwill refunds are not guaranteed.
• We may decline a discretionary goodwill refund. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law or Tebex’s applicable terms.
• Our discretionary goodwill policy excludes the following, without limiting mandatory rights:
  1. User error or misconfiguration.
  2. Missing or incompatible dependencies, frameworks, or server setups.
  3. Refusal to cooperate with support or troubleshooting.
  4. Violation of store terms or community rules.
  5. Transferred resources or inability to verify the purchase.
  6. Accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or purchasing the wrong product.

You may contact Tebex directly about a payment or refund request. An Orbit goodwill decision does not determine your statutory rights or prevent Tebex from applying its own checkout terms.

Resource technical support is provided to verified customers. Customer-role and purchase requirements do not apply to privacy requests or prevent you from exercising mandatory consumer rights.

• You must have customer permissions/roles in our Discord server to receive support.
• Support is not provided for leaked, stolen, shared, resold, or tampered resources.
• We reserve the right to deny or revoke support if you:
  1. Violate these Terms of Sale.
  2. Reasonable suspicion of involvement in communities or activities related to the unauthorized distribution, sharing, or use of leaked FiveM resources.
  3. Break Discord rules or Cfx.re community guidelines.
  4. Behave abusively, disrespectfully, or act in bad faith.
  5. Failure or refusal to cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting or support procedures.

We respect constructive criticism and honest feedback. However, support may be denied if a customer is found to be acting in bad faith, including but not limited to:

• Deliberately spreading false, misleading, or out-of-context information presented as fact.
• Attempting to intentionally damage our brand or reputation.
• Posting negative claims without allowing reasonable opportunity for support or resolution.

Honest reviews and legitimate criticism will never result in loss of support.

Users who tamper with resources, redistribute content without permission, or attempt to bypass licensing:

• Will permanently lose access to support.
• Will possibly have their Cfx.re account reported.
• Will possibly lose access to future updates.
• May face legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all resources are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orbit Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, business, or use, arising from the use or inability to use the resources. Tebex’s responsibilities and liability are governed by its own applicable terms; these store terms do not limit them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any purchase shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid for the resource.

The customer is solely responsible for testing the resource in a safe and controlled environment before deploying it on a live server.

The discretionary refund policy above does not replace or limit any remedy for a defective resource required by applicable law or Tebex’s checkout terms.

Unauthorized modification, redistribution, leakage, resale, or tampering with our resources constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to:

• Restrict access to future updates.
• Decline discretionary goodwill refunds and technical support, without limiting mandatory rights.
• Report violations to relevant platforms (including Cfx.re).
• Issue DMCA takedown notices.
• Pursue civil legal action where applicable.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws within the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.

Nothing in these Terms affects Tebex’s role as Merchant of Record or the delivery of purchased assets through Tebex or Cfx.re systems.
